The ordered products are delivered Express within 24 hours from the order confirmation date. All orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays are processed and sent by courier starting from the first day of the week. During busy periods and holidays, some orders may experience slight delays, but these will be announced to the client in advance.

Parcel delivery is carried out by DPD Curier or Sameday.

According to Government Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014 regarding consumer rights in distance contracts, the client benefits from the right of withdrawal from the contract under the following conditions:

The client has the right to return a product, without needing to justify the decision, within 14 days, starting from the day they physically took possession of the product. The product must not be used and must not have been unsealed, or the protective accessories must not have been removed, and must contain all elements in their original condition to be resold as a new product. If the product shows signs of use or if elements that make it unsuitable for sale as a new product have been removed, withdrawal cannot take place.

The product must be accompanied by the tax invoice, receipt, warranty certificate, and any other documents that were transmitted to the client.

The client bears the delivery costs and is responsible for the diminished value of the products resulting from their handling, and will bear the difference between the purchase price and the diminished price in this regard.

The seller will reimburse to the client's account (or the bank account we receive from the client) without undue delay, within 14 days from the date of being informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract, all sums received as payment from the consumer. The seller may postpone reimbursement until the date of receipt of the products that were the subject of the sale.
