bareshop.ro is an e-commerce service that offers its users the possibility to acquire the displayed products. The purchase of products is made based on orders received through the site or by phone.

2. Intellectual Property

The content and design of eLiaShop.ro, as well as any other material related to it sent to you by email or provided to you by any other means (e.g. articles, design, product description and any other materials), belong to the Company and/or its collaborators - where expressly specified - (copyright) and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not use, reproduce or allow anyone to use or reproduce the materials of eLiaShop.ro without prior written permission from the Company.
You may not use frames (in the sense of HTML language) or framing techniques (in the sense of HTML language) for trademarks, logos, or other information protected by copyright law (including images, texts, interfaces, forms) of eLiaShop.ro without prior written permission from the Company.
The limited, revocable and non-exclusive creation of hyperlinks to the index page of eLiaShop.ro is permitted, as long as this action does not present the eLiaShop.ro service in a false, misleading, derogatory or offensive light. 3. Registration as a user

The eLiaShop.ro site can be accessed free of charge, and simple navigation on its pages is not conditioned by registration as a user (creating a user account on the Site). However, to benefit from certain services offered by the Site, such as purchasing the products offered by it, receiving the eLiaShop.ro newsletter or checking the status of your own orders, you will need to register as a user (create a user account on the Site). User registration implies your prior acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of use of eLiaShop.ro and its Privacy Policy. These regulations constitute the contractual basis of the relationship between users and the Company.

eLiaShop.ro can sell products for children under 14 (fourteen) years old, but sells them to adults, who are authorized to make online payments by card or by any other payment method accepted by eLiaShop.ro. If you are under 14 (fourteen) years old, you can purchase eLiaShop.ro products, only with the help of a parent or guardian.

eLiaShop.ro reserves the right to close user accounts, to modify or delete texts, images, hyperlinks, or to refuse the sale of products, at its own discretion.

4. Personal Data

By registering as a user of eLiaShop.ro, we will ask you for a series of personal data, such as first and last name, email address, date of birth, but also other personal information that allows your identification as a user of the eLiaShop.ro service. Also, to subscribe to the eLiaShop.ro newsletter or alerts, you will need to provide us with a valid email address and other data related to you. Please access the page where the Privacy Policy is presented to inform you about the information collected by eLiaShop.ro, about how it is used, as well as your rights regarding the protection of your privacy.

Purchase procedure

To buy and acquire the products offered for sale on eLiaShop.ro, the following steps are necessary:

- identifying and choosing the products
- your registration as a user of eLiaShop.ro
- making payment for the products. Payment is made online or by bank transfer/payment order, under the conditions regulated in Chapter VII, and the final cost will include the price of the ordered product with VAT included, the delivery price and, if applicable, the price of the green stamp, in accordance with the provisions of GD448/2005.
- the delivery of the ordered and paid products will be accompanied, if applicable, by the warranty certificate, the certificate regarding the after-sales service provided by the manufacturer/importer/distributor and/or other certificates if applicable.

By placing an electronic or telephone order on eLiaShop.ro, you agree to the form of communication (telephone or e-mail) through which the Site carries out its operations.

1. Prices

Except where otherwise provided, the prices of the products displayed on eLiaShop.ro represent the final purchase prices and include VAT (value added tax of 19%, valid in Romania). The final purchase prices may be prices suggested by manufacturers or suppliers, or may be estimated based on the standard prices applicable at the industry level of the marketed product. The final purchase prices may not represent the most competitive prices in a certain product segment or for a certain period.

2. Payment methods

To make payment for the ordered products, you can choose from the following payment methods: bank transfer/payment order, cash on delivery or card payment. If you have chosen bank transfer/payment order as the payment method, the next screen thanks you for your order and provides you with relevant information for the order and payment. You will also receive this information by e-mail, in the form of an invoice (details in Chapter VII.2.1). If you have chosen to pay cash on delivery, after placing the order you will receive by e-mail the relevant information for your order, in the form of an invoice, and you will make the payment for the product to the person making the delivery.


 2.1. How do I buy and pay for products on the eLiaShop.ro website by bank transfer/payment order?

You can buy products through eLiaShop.ro by following 3 steps:
a. Select the product you want to purchase and click on the "Order now" link.
b. Enter/confirm your personal data.
This information is necessary for the correct and efficient processing of your order. Please fill in the form correctly and indicate the persons to whom the invoicing and delivery are made. The e-mail address is extremely important because the information related to the order and the ordered products will be sent by e-mail. An incorrect e-mail address slows down the entire ordering process. Moreover, the Company will not be able to contact you and inform you about the status of your order. If the delivery address is not the same as the billing address, indicate this by unchecking the option. The delivery address is the same as the billing address at the end of the form. Choose the desired payment method and confirm the data by choosing "Next Step". If the delivery address, or the billing address, or both addresses are not the same as the addresses you have registered in your user account on the Site, before proceeding to the next step of the ordering process, enter the valid billing and/or delivery addresses for that order. If you have chosen the Bank transfer/payment order payment method, you will receive by e-mail an invoice with all the data regarding your order, the next step being to make the payment as soon as possible. In the process of making the payment by bank transfer/payment order, you must mention in the Payment Details section of the payment order, the invoice number received by email, which represents the confirmation of the placed order. 

5. Warranty and after-sales service

For any details regarding the warranty, please contact the service department. All commercialized products have a 2-year warranty that can be extended through extended warranty packages that can be purchased on this site.
Product description and return
eLiaShop.ro makes every effort to be as accurate as possible. However, eLiaShop.ro does not guarantee that the product descriptions or other types of materials related to them are accurate, complete, current or error-free. If a product offered by eLiaShop.ro is different from its description on the Site, you can return it by observing the provisions of the Site's Product Return Policy and in accordance with the Romanian legislation in force.

The consumer has the right to notify the merchant in writing that he withdraws from the purchase, without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 10 working days from the receipt of the product or, in the case of service provision, from the conclusion of the contract, in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance no.130/2000.

If you intend to exercise this right, you have the following obligations:
- to return the purchased product, in its original, undamaged packaging, at your expense.
- to return the purchased product in working condition, undamaged, in the state in which it was delivered to you.
The consumer cannot return the following purchased products, except in cases where the parties have agreed otherwise:
- extended warranty certificates;

6. Reviews, comments, communications and other types of content

Users can post reviews, comments or other types of content; send suggestions, ideas, ask questions, propose articles or other types of materials, as long as their content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, does not infringe the right to privacy or the law regarding the protection of intellectual property; does not contain computer viruses, commercial, political communications, inciting hatred or intolerance on ethnic, religious, racial grounds, sexual orientation, collective messages or other forms of spam. To post reviews, comments, communications and other types of content, you may not use false email addresses or identities. eLiaShop.ro reserves the right, but is not obligated to remove or edit all types of content posted by users and is not obligated to periodically review this content. By posting reviews, comments, communications and other types of content on eLiaShop.ro, you transfer, unless the Company indicates otherwise, the intellectual property rights, non-exclusively, perpetually, irrevocably, over the posted materials. The Company has the right to modify, reproduce, transmit, adapt, publish, distribute the materials posted by users, by any means of mass communication, from any country. By posting reviews, comments, communications and other types of content on eLiaShop.ro, you grant the Company the right to use your name in relation to the posted materials; you guarantee that you own or control in another form, the intellectual property right over the materials you post; that the posted materials do not violate any of the posting conditions for reviews, comments, communications and other forms of content from users, of eLiaShop.ro.
eLiaShop.ro has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, edit or delete any type of content or user activities on the Site. eLiaShop.ro is not responsible and does not assume responsibility for any of the materials posted by other third parties on the Site. eLiaShop.ro has the right not to publish all comments and articles proposed by users.

7. Force Majeure

eLiaShop.ro, its affiliates or/and generally the providers of products or services to eLiaShop.ro cannot be held responsible for any delay or error resulting directly or indirectly from causes beyond the will of eLiaShop.ro. This exemption includes, but is not limited to: malfunctions of the technical equipment at eLiaShop.ro, lack of internet connection, lack of telephone connections, computer viruses, unauthorized access to eLiaShop.ro systems, operating errors, as well as cases of force majeure stipulated by Romanian law in force.

8. Advertising

eLiaShop.ro may display, on its pages, advertisements for products from its offer as well as for products or services belonging to third parties. By using eLiaShop.ro, by accepting its Terms and Conditions of use and its Privacy Policy, you directly express your agreement to be the recipient of these commercial communications.

Complaints regarding the infringement of intellectual property law

9. Applicable Legislation

The services offered by the Company through eLiaShop.ro are governed by the provisions of Romanian law, particularly Law 365/2002 on electronic commerce, Ordinance 130/2000 on consumer protection when concluding and executing distance contracts, GD 448/2005 and European Directive EC/96/2002, which regulates the green stamp tax regime, applicable to electronic products.
The terms and conditions of eLiaShop.ro are subject to Romanian law. In case of dispute, an amicable resolution will first be attempted, within 30 working days from the registration of the complaint at the headquarters of eLiaShop.ro. If an agreement cannot be reached within the aforementioned term, disputes between the Parties will be submitted to the competent courts of law in Bucharest.

eLiaShop.ro reserves the right to make any changes to the prices and technical data present on the eLiaShop.ro website at any time, without prior notice. The technical data present on the eLiaShop.ro website are for informational purposes and do not represent a contractual obligation. The photos on the eLiaShop.ro website are for informational purposes and there may be differences between them and the product.
