Return Policy

The buyer has the right to notify the merchant in writing that they are renouncing the purchase, without penalties and without invoking a reason, and to return the product/products within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product, according to Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014. The client has the duty to ensure that the product reaches our headquarters within a maximum of 14 calendar days.

The direct costs of returning the products are the responsibility of the buyer. The refunds will be made within a maximum of 14 days from the date of acceptance of the return. The product must not have been used and must not have been unsealed, or the protective accessories must not have been removed, and must contain all elements in their original condition in order to be resold as a new product. If the product shows signs of use or elements have been removed that make it unsuitable for sale as a new product, the withdrawal cannot take place.

In order to process your refund request as quickly as possible, we recommend that you return the products through a courier company (e.g., FAN Curier, Urgent-Cargus, Nemo Express, GLS), and not through Poșta Română. The buyer can opt for the replacement of the returned product with another one available in stock. If you wish to replace the returned product with another one available in stock, the return costs will be borne by you, as a client, and the delivery costs of the new product will be borne by the merchant. Replacement with a product of a higher value implies payment of the difference by cash on delivery when receiving the package. 

If the order was paid by card, the money will be refunded to the exact same bank account within 14 days.

If the products were purchased within a promotional campaign, discounts or other special offers, the standard return policy applies, but the value of the money returned will be equal to the value paid by the client for the product.

Only in this situation, the return costs and shipping costs for the replacement product, if applicable, are borne by Sc ELIA SHOP SRL. For products whose packages show visible damage upon receipt by courier, we recommend that you refuse to accept them.
